Virgin Wood Pulp Single Double Non Plastic Coated Paper Cup Roll White
Production Introduction
Here is the process of applying plastic-free coating on paper cup paper:
1. Raw Material Preparation: Select eco-friendly coating materials (e.g., non plastic coating) and food-grade base paper.
2. Coating Mixture Preparation: Blend coating materials with additives (e.g., dispersants, cross-linking agents) to form a uniform solution or emulsion.
3. Coating Application: Use a coating machine (e.g., gravure, slot die) to evenly apply the coating onto one or both sides of the base paper.
4. Drying: Pass the coated paper through a drying tunnel or oven to evaporate solvents (if any) and cure the coating, forming a solid protective layer.
5. Quality Inspection: Check coating thickness, adhesion, and physical properties (e.g., water resistance, stiffness).
6. Finishing: Roll the qualified coated paper into reels for subsequent cup-making processes (e.g., cutting, shaping, sealing).
Application
Under the demands of the market and the overall environment, plastic-free coating lamination(non-plastic coating) has gradually replaced PE lamination as an environmentally friendly and degradable material.
● Catering industry: Disposable paper cups (for cold and hot drinks), noodle bowls, soup buckets.
● Takeout packaging: oil-splashed noodle boxes, fried chicken boxes, French fries cups, salad bowls.
