Taizhou, China – March 2026 – TAIZHOU KINDEAL PAPER has officially put its environmental commitment into practice by achieving 100% recycling and reuse of all leftover scraps from its Pe Coated Cup Paper raw material and cup paper fans production lines. This milestone marks a full upgrade to zero-waste manufacturing, turning every piece of material into value and reducing environmental impact at the source.
For years, scrap handling has been a common challenge in the Paper Cup Raw Material sector. At TAIZHOU KINDEAL PAPER, we have redesigned our entire workflow to close the loop, with zero waste generated across key production stages.
In raw material preparation and slitting, our team uses optimized cutting layouts and precision control to minimize trims. All edge trims and small pieces from PE coated base paper are collected immediately via a closed conveying system, with no manual disposal or landfilling.
During rewinding, forming and finishing for cup paper fans, any defective sheets and side scraps are sorted and stored in dedicated sealed bins. These materials are not discarded but sent to our in-house recycling processing unit for repulping and reprocessing.
The recycled pulp is strictly tested and reintroduced into compatible paper grades, ensuring stable performance while cutting down virgin fiber consumption. Every roll of PE coated cup paper raw material and every set of cup paper fans we deliver now carries a lower carbon footprint.
“Environmental protection is not just a slogan; it is embedded in every roll of paper we produce,” said a spokesperson for TAIZHOU KINDEAL PAPER. “By achieving 100% scrap recycling, we balance high-quality supply with sustainable operations, providing partners with greener cup paper solutions that meet global eco-standards.”
With this zero-waste system fully operational, TAIZHOU KINDEAL PAPER continues to invest in cleaner production and circular economy practices. The company remains dedicated to advancing eco-friendly manufacturing in the paper cup industry, creating long-term value for customers, partners and the planet.
