Kindeal can adopt two different printing processes

Flexographic printing: Commonly used in paper cup printing, it features low cost and high efficiency. Pour the prepared ink into the ink tank, and transfer the ink to the printing plate by the anilox roller. The graphic and text parts on the printing plate bulge, and the ink is transferred to the surface of the paper by pressure to achieve pattern printing. This process is suitable for printing simple patterns in single or multiple colors. It features a fast printing speed and can meet the requirements of batch production of paper cups.

● Offset printing: Transferring the graphics and text on the printing plate to paper through a blanket transfer method. First, an oil-water separated image area is formed on the printing plate. By taking advantage of the principle that water and ink do not mix, the ink adheres to the image area and is then transferred to the rubber blanket, and finally transferred to the base paper of the paper cup. Offset printing has a high degree of color reproduction and is suitable for fine patterns and multi-color gradient printing. However, its printing speed is relatively slow and the cost is high.

During the printing process, the team strictly controls the quality of the ink to ensure that ink that meets the safety standards for food contact materials is used, avoiding the migration of harmful substances and the harm to human health. Precisely calibrate the printing equipment to ensure accurate pattern registration during multi-color printing, avoiding double images and misalignment, which may affect the appearance and quality of the paper cups. Control the temperature and humidity in the printing workshop to prevent paper deformation and abnormal ink drying caused by environmental factors, which may affect the printing effect.
