Quality Inspection

● Visual inspection: Manually or through visual inspection equipment, check whether the cut paper of the paper cup has burrs, damage, pattern deviation and other problems to ensure the appearance quality of the product.

● Dimensional measurement: Use measuring tools such as calipers to measure the key dimensions of the base paper for the paper cup, such as diameter, height, and the position of the folding line, to ensure that the dimensional accuracy meets the production standards and guarantee the accuracy of the subsequent paper cup forming.

Finished product sorting and packaging

Qualified paper cup base paper is sorted and counted, stacked neatly in a certain quantity, and then packaged with moisture-proof packaging materials to prevent moisture and contamination during storage and transportation. Finally, it is stored in the warehouse and awaits subsequent paper cup forming processing.
